Specialised Mixes

In addition to specialist and conventional mixes, Lafarge Readymix also offers a range of concrete mixes designed to meet your project's specific technical needs. The range includes:

Polyfibre: polypropylene fibres are added to give multi-directional reinforcement allowing early age shrinkage stresses to be redistributed and offering the possibility of dispensing with crack control mesh.

Foamed Mortar: highly flowable, foamed mortar concrete can be used to fill all kinds of natural or artificial excavations.

Duricrete: the perfect solution when durability, strength and a high degree of surface abrasion or chemical resistance is required.  

Waterproof: impermeable to liquid even under extreme hydro-static pressure. Waterproof concrete is handled, placed and cured as normal concrete.

Steel Fibre: ideal for concrete floors, our steel-fibre concrete is an economical solution which can withstand high structural and dynamic loadings.
