What can we offer you?


Our Graduate Management Programme takes around two years to complete and from day one you’ll see that it’s real work with a responsibility to deliver improvements and results.

You’ll work in Manufacturing (e.g. quarrying, materials processing & road surfacing) and Commercial (e.g. sales, marketing and customer support) areas of the organisation. You’ll also have the opportunity to further broaden your knowledge and skills in specialist areas such as Business Development, Estates Management and Health, Safety & Environment. We’ll support you during the programme by carefully charting your development, you’ll have salary reviews at six monthly intervals and performance reviews every three months, enabling you to take responsibility for driving your career forward.

What can you offer us?


We’re looking for proactive graduates with a good degree who are enthusiastic and willing to learn - people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty, who will accept responsibility early on and embrace set backs and learn from them. You will need to gain or have already achieved 2.2 or higher in any subject. What’s additionally important is that you’re resilient, self-motivated and ambitious. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential, plus a UK driving licence and the flexibility to work anywhere in the UK. As for a start date, we’re flexible: Spring or Autumn 2008.
